2009 Round-Up photo page wins the EO first place

A big award came to the East Oregonian Saturday night when the Pacific Northwest Society of Professional Journalists announced the East Oregonian had won first place for its photo page of the 2009 Round-Up. Photographers EJ Harris, Joe Duty and Joe Tierney earned the award for the EO.
